An extremely hot version of my Blueberry BBQ, made specifically for the *Australian Chilli Championship*. Held once per year, 8 people, 1 from each Australian State and Territory face off to find the Australian Chilli Eating Champion. This year, my Jerky contains 16 million Scoville Heat Unit Capsaicin Crystals, some of my Chilli Essence, as well as some of the worlds hottest chillis grown by myself, here in the Mid North of SA. This one isnt for snacking!! This one will take you to a place that not many people want to be at. If you can hold your composure, you are well on your way to making it to the end. If you panic, you are in for a rough ride and it won't let you go until it is ready.
