My selection of various home grown superhot chillis are fermented for a minimum of 3 months. Carefully blended with the finest 100% Australian Rock Salt, it will turn a plain meal into a gourmet feast. Use a little or a lot to spice up your life.  *Varieties will vary depending on the previous growing season.
